Life Group Questions:

  1. If you could perfectly design your life, what would that look like? Location?  Career/job?  Family make-up?  House?  Toys?  Etc?
  2. If God could perfectly design your life, what would that look like?
  3. Read Luke 12:13-21. What are some of the lies Satan has fed this man that causes him to ask Jesus the question?  What are some of the truths that Jesus shares herein that could potentially lead us to a better life?  What are some of the habits that could help us put these truths into place?
  4. What do you think would literally be worth dying for? How could your answer to that question play out in how you then live?
  5. How would you define the word “submission”? What parts of your life are easy to submit to Jesus?  What parts are hard to submit?
  6. Read James 4:13-17 How does James guide us towards living life within God’s truth?  He doesn’t say goals in life are bad.  What does he say?  In what ways can you align your life, and your daily, monthly, yearly goals to be more in line with Jesus?  What is stopping you?
